Bhe Beathly Ballows...

In honor of the seventh Harry Potter book coming out today, I have created seven bafflers. Each is only one word long, except the seventh, which is two because two people are going to erm... I won't say what's going to happen to them in-case anyone has been avoiding all things potter. Anyways, all of these are related to characters from the book...

1. If instead of this message carrier, it were a hair piece that you wore while sleeping.

2. If instead of this person's first name, it were a french word usually proceeded by "voyage"

3. If instead of this person's first name, it were the last name of a humor columnist whose first name was Dave.

4. If instead of this person's last name, it were a container for pickling cerebral cortexes. (ok, this one is sort of a stretch. It's the best I could do though...)

5. If instead of this person's first name, it were the disposal of sacks.

6. If instead of this person's last name, it were a hinged piece of wood that closed the way used by a certain type of bees.

7. If instead of a monicker for this person, it were a made up word for a ("small bite")2 (explosive)1

ok, chris. I don't think I quite got all of them right.

1) Hedwig=Bedwig
2) Ron=Bon
3) Harry=Barry
4) Granger=Brain jar ???
5) Hagrid= Bag rid
6) Dumbledore= Bumble Door ??? That can't be right, can it?
7) Hmm...Tom Riddle=Bomb biddle???

Here's one for you:

If instead of the first name of clue #5, it were an adjective that described...um...having a lot of...um...chestiness...uh...it would be called this.

Yep you got them all right! I was beginning to think no one was going to attempt it...

ROFL Rubius = boobius

Wow. I didn't think I had the last two right.

yeah, I probably could have come up with better clues...

hinged piece of wood = door
certain type of bees = bumble bees

put it together and you get bumble door... kind of...

I really couldn't think of a word for biddle, so "Small bite" seemed to suffice...

You did well with my crappy clues.
